Many years experience in the production of infrared panels<\/a> guarantees that INFRAPOWER panels are produced in a production line which confirmes with all international standards. Many internal as well as external quality controls are applied (eg. TUV Rheinland Germany certification). All components used are of highest quality. Safety temperature sensors are included and prevent overheating. INFRAPOWER panels are about 4 times more durable than general films or panels. Uniform heat distribution as well as conductive polymer treatment on the copper connection prevents hot spots as well as guarantees safety even in abnormal condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As our heating element (carbon fiber with nickel and nano silver conductor) was developed by Austrian technicians and laboratories (in cooperation with Japanese and German suppliers), INRAPOWER uses this sign as an indicator of latest state of the art developments. It shows to final customers who trust more in European technologies, the outstanding performance of our heating element.<\/p>\n

INFRAPOWER is constantly working together with external laboratories to further improve the heating element and therefore, the efficiency of the panels.<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr>

T\u00dcV GS<\/span><\/h3>\n

INFRAPOWER\u2019s \u2018Gepr\u00fcfte Sicherheit\u2019 (\u2018Tested Safety\u2019) or \u2018GS\u2019 mark issued by TUV Rheinland Germany indicates that the equipment meets German and European safety requirements.<\/p>\n

In the GS test TUV check whether the product meets the requirements of the Product Safety Act and other legislation in ensuring the protection of the health and safety of persons. This includes the requirements of the European directives which are implemented with the Product Safety Act and its regulations (e.g. Low Voltage Directive and Machinery Directive).<\/p>\n

The GS mark means that a laboratory authorized by German state, has tested the product and production monitoring was carried out.<\/p>\n

IP Standard<\/span><\/h3>\n

The IP Code, Ingress Protection Rating, sometimes also interpreted as International Protection Rating, classifies and rates the degree of protection provided against the intrusion (including body parts such as hands and fingers), dust, accidental contact, and water in mechanical casings and with electrical enclosures. It is published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).<\/p>\n

The standard aims to provide users more detailed information than vague marketing terms such as waterproof. However, no edition of the standard is openly published for unlicensed readers.<\/p>\n

The digits (characteristic numerals) indicate conformity with the conditions summarized in the tables below. Where there is no protection rating with regard to one of the criteria, the digit is replaced with the letter X.<\/p>\n

IP54 is a protection against dust and splashing water<\/p>\n
